All European shipments are processed through bPost (official Belgium Post)
- Regular shipment – at no additional cost, but no guarantee/tracking number from the post.
- Registered shipment – 7eur, including a tracking number (stays with us, unless asked)
Orders with in the European Union
- Always with registered shipment – 12eur, including a tracking number (stays with us, unless asked)
All international shipments outside of the European Union will include an additional fee of 25eur.
International shipments are processed with Fedex and you will receive a tracking number mail notification.
Magali Pinchasi accepts all major credit cards and payments through Paypal or wire transfer.
Ordering and Special Requests
Write us your special request as clear as possible by clicking the “special request form” and we will do our best to comply.
No. The reason for that is that the necklace never comes out exactly like the sketch; the sketch doesn’t represent a realistic image at all! Trust the process, trust us, you won’t regret your purchase!
Please measure the length of a necklace you own (and like)– choose a length that resembles it.
We can personalize your BE by Magali Pinchasi order with any language as long as you send us an example of the writing and letters (please consult with live chat or write us an e-mail).
You can’t change your order once paid – we customize everything according to your order.
Cancelling an order is not possible, Once your order has been submitted it is been sent to immediate production of your personalized items
You can personalize your necklace with any special characters as you wish, please fill in the blank box of your customized item when placing your order.
BE by Magali Pinchasi Products
BE by Magali Pinchase uses:
- Sterling silver 925
- Goldplating 2micron (brass with 14K gold color layered – thickness of 2micron)
- Regular plating
- Silver oxidation
- 14K gold (white, rose or yellow gold)
All products will be delivered in a personalized pouch with BE by Magali Pinchasi logo.
If you wish to add a wish card – do not hesitate to let us know by e-mail and we will do the necessary.
Additional packaging (pouches) can be ordered as well.
Return and Refund Policies
As products are fully personalized, we do not accept returns.
If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem.
